  I would love to review the product but it never arrived and I am still getting the run around after contacting them every way possible to try and resolve the issue. Response: Whilst you did make the effort in the end it took us multiple emails/facebook chats/phone calls/trips to the post office/complaints to the post office/website enquiries/paypal disputes over a period of several weeks to resolve this issue. We ordered and paid you for a product to be delivered which is one of your primary means of business. I understand things get lost in the mail what I don't accept is getting the run around. I'd like to think you'd learn and improve from this experience but from your response I think it's probably not going to be the case. Buyer beware reasonable jerky but lacking in customer support.
